Postal order/Cash payments If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order (Uncrossed Only). To order by postal order, simply give us a ring on 0113 2328477. Postal orders that are not made payable to the correct person will be sent back once postage is paid and payment will have to be re-done. We will inform customers who make incorrect payments via telephone. You should only send cash via Special delivery if paying by this method. All orders should be paid for as soon as possible, all duplicated orders placed at the same time are automatically deleted. All UK orders pending payment are automatically deleted after 7 days. All Non-UK orders pending payment are automatically deleted after 14 days. Delivery Information We ship worldwide Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis and cover packing, warehouse, distribution cost, etc. It is not only for postage. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each item. Delivery Charges: Buy additional items and save on postage: Save £1 for every item purchased in the same order, when the total quantity of items bought is more than one. UK: £1.99 PI (Per Item). Outside UK: £5.99 PI (Per Item) or £5.99. All instock items are dispatched on schedule: orders placed where payment has cleared before 1.00pm GMT are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri, excluding back holidays/public holidays. If there is a problem with your order we will call you to let you know. Orders are dispatched to the address given by you in your order in the delivery address section and stated in the Order Confirmation. Claims for non receipt due to you providing incorrect details are not valid. Delivery address information is your responsibility and should be checked. All orders are sent with Royal Mail, (unless stated otherwise) via the relevant method, which is determined by the orders value/destination. UK orders with a subtotal cost of £39 or less are sent via Royal Mail 1st class Non UK orders with a subtotal cost of £33 or less are sent via Royal Mail 1st class Air Mail Proof of postage is obtained for all posted orders regardless of value, so insurance is included in the postage cost. DELIVERY TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO ROYAL MAIL. Non receipt an item should only be reported after 16 days for UK customers or after 26 days for Non UK customers, with the exception of Italy – Non receipt should NOT be reported until after 32 days. Claims for non receipt /damage require you to let us know and we will send you the proof of postage so you can claim direct from Royal Mail; this policy is in place to stop fraud, if you do NOT agree, please do NOT buy. This does not affect your statutory rights. Orders placed by people outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are required once a shipment reaches your country. Any import duties and taxes will be your responsibility. Although all orders that are shipped outside of the UK will be declared as a gift. Returned orders due to not being collected from sorting office, must have postage re-payed for within 7 days of our receipt or the order will be re-sold. Return / Refund Policy WARNING!When buying items for your machine; make sure it is checked by a technician. I do not send goods out so you can test your machine. I will not accept items back unless they are faulty. P.S. otherwise do not buy.
Only items with manufacturers faults, items not as described or items received in error are eligible for return. GOODS RETURNED ARE TO HAVE A PHONE NUMBER SO I CAN DETERMINE THE PROBLEM Items received in error should be returned immediately to the address on the reverse of the packaging with your contact/order details and a explanation of the problem. If the address is not visable on the packaging simply give us a ring. All items bought in one order are shipped together, unless contacted to say otherwise or order status says: “partially shipped”. If you have not received all your items correctly, you should contact us as soon as possible, because we require you to still have the packaging which the order came in for us to be able to resolve the problem (NO PACKING, NOTHING WE CAN DO). ///WARNING All items are security marked due to dishonest customers returning their faulty items for a refund. DO NOT return a item that is not our product. Opening up your hardware voids your warranty. Console-Spares is not responsible for any damage caused through incorrect installation and will not accept returns of items damaged through incorrect installation. All internal console parts are tested, so test items thoroughly before returning them to ensure it is our product and due not incorrect installation/customer damage or other faulty hardware/software. Please note that our return’s policy is only valid for 7 days from receipt of goods. Please return faulty items in original packaging via *appropriate delivery method with a full explanation of the fault(s) and contact information. Return items will be checked/tested with 48hrs of us receiving them back. Items returned without contact information/details will delay how quick we can deal with the return. Appropriate delivery methods are as follows: UK orders up to the value of £34 are sent via Royal Mail 1st class Non UK orders up to the value of £34 are sent via Royal Mail 1st class Air Mail When returning items, ensure you get proof of postage and send via the suggested method to make sure insurance is included. Returned items lost in the post are not the responsibility to obtain insurance and send the items back via recommended method. Address for returning items is on the reverse of the original packaging. If the address is not visable on the packaging simply give us a ring. All retuned items are checked to confirm they are faulty and are our stock. If item(s) returned are faulty we will provide a replacement(s) if we have the item(s) in stock. If we do not have the item(s) in stock we will provide a refund + P&P (the cost of posting the item back to us). Prices Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are expected. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
